At our firm, we believe in transparent and easily understandable pricing that respects your budget and covers all typical legal expenses. Residential Purchases
Cost of a single family residential dwelling purchase:
$1,950 for Purchases up to $500k + $120 per $100k above $500k
(Title Insurance and Land Transfer Tax not included)

Includes 1 mortgage placement.
+ $350 for use of a power of attorney
+ $250 if assuming more than one tenancy
+ $499 if bridge financing is required
+ $450 if mortgage is with Private (non bank) institution
Residential Sales
Cost of a residential sale:
$1,550 for Sales up to $500k + $120 per $100k above $500k

Includes 1 mortgage discharge.
+ $350 for use of a power of attorney
+ $150 for additional mortgage or bridge loan discharges
+ $50 for more than three payouts / debts
Residential Refinances
Cost of a residential refinance:
$1,099 for Refinances
(Title Insurance, if required, is not included)

+ $350 for use of a power of attorney
+ $450 if mortgage is with Private (non bank) institution
Residential Assignments
When acting for an Assignor (seller): $2,500
When acting for an Assignee (buyer):
- Cost of a Single Family Residential Purchase + $1,000
